Failure Analysis

Failure analysis is the process of examining a failure and determining the root cause.

A failure can refer to any number of different unacceptable occurances. These can range from variations in processing conditions during injection molding or extrusion or an unexpected failure to perform after being in service for a shorter than prescribed period of time.
