Our process for sample delivery is simple.

Download our Sample Submission Form and email the completed document to [email protected] or your current SGS PSI point of contact.

To ensure project accuracy and a prompter start, it’s important you receive a formal estimate prior to sending in samples. If you’re already working with a member of our team you can continue to coordinate questions and sample submission with that team member.
